Brown Shrimp - Whole

Brown shrimp or sand shrimp are smaller, flat iodine-rich items with a brownish body and groves at the head and tail. They are smaller in size than the white shrimp and have a strong flavor and a mineral taste because of the iodine. These freshwater shellfish are found close to the shores. When cooked, they turn pink-orange and have a gorgeous color. These should definitely be cooked in some pasta or noodles.
