Goat Leg/Raan

Raan consist of the whole goat leg consisting of the nali and fresh and is very popular. Especially in roasts and curries. It's the hind leg of the goat which can be tough but is supposed to be cooked so well that it turns soft, melting the mouth. Doof's mouth waters just thinking about it!
