Mahi Mahi, are also called Dorado in Spanish for its beautiful golden color and even dolphinfish, in spite of not being related to Dolphins, for the way they swim ahead of ships like dolphins do. This fascinating seawater fish is very popular in restaurants for its mild firm texture and fishy flavor. It is a lean fish, high in proteins and omega-3 fatty acids and it helps in inflammation and muscle strength.
