Tiger Prawns (Cleaned, Deveined, No Tail)

Tiger prawns are called the "poor man's lobster" because of its firm taste, mild sweetness and availability. These fish are very rich in protein, meaty and can be slightly bigger than the usual prawns. They have black or blue stripes which turn red when cooked.
