Tilapia or jalebi, a freshwater and curiously a vegetarian fish, is mild-flavored, and has a flaky firm texture. It has a very soft fishy taste which is perfect if you want to have all the health benefits but are not a big fan of seafood. Also a soft sweet aftertaste.
